Palace dining is just as important to your stay as the ocean views you'll enjoy from the unique selection of dining options available. Blending cuisines, traditional Dominican entertainment and eclectic choices are what help make our guests' stay memorable, relaxing and replenishing.

You may have your meal in bed, at a table overlooking the ocean, pool or in our Grand Hall.

LUNCH
A free-wheeling affair that takes place wherever guests and hosts may fancy.

All of our meals are planned at least a week in advance, taking into account dietary restrictions and food allergies of each guest. Every meal you have at The Palace have been specially prepared, made from local ingredients; so we ask that you notify us well in advance of your personal requirements. Caribbean dining at The Palace offers world-class cuisine served 'en famille': guests sit down together in our Grand Hall, for dinner at 7pm. If you prefer, you may dine in your room, or we can arrange a private intimate area for you to dine privately. The Palace can have a picnic lunch packed for you to take on your day excursions. In the morning, we will deliver breakfast to your room, or join us in the Grand Hall at your leisure.
